This website is intended for trade use only and all items are shown at a wholesale price. This price is then subject to UK VAT as appropriate and this will be shown on the checkout page.
The minimum order quantity is four complete cases and we regret that we are unable to supply any quantities below this. Drinking glasses are normally supplied in cases of 4, 6 or 12 glasses (depending on the range and as specified in the item information) and handmade decanters in single cases.
Where items are in stock, we aim to despatch the goods to you within 1-2 working days, and for the goods to be with you within 3-4 working days of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, we aim to despatch the goods within 3 weeks of receipt of your order. In the event of us not being able to achieve this we will inform you by email as appropriate. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
All items on the Riedel Restaurant UK webstore are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK and will normally be delivered to you via Interlink during normal working hours Monday to Friday.
Yes, someone will need to be available to sign for your delivery. In the event of there not being anyone at the address to sign, the courier will leave a note to say they have been and then you can contact them directly to arrange an alternative delivery time. In the absence of your contacting the carrier, Interlink will attempt to deliver to you two further times, before returning the goods to our warehouse.
No, we are sorry that we are unable to offer this facility. Deliveries are made during normal office hours Monday to Friday.
Sorry this is not a possibility, all orders are dispatched via a courier for delivery to the shipping address provided when you place your order.
Delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £9.95 per order per address for upto 4 cases, for every additional case added there will be a further shipping charge of £2.95. VAT is applicable to this delivery charge as appropriate. From time to time, we may offer free delivery as part of a promotion.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us once we have received your order and a further email once the order has been despatched. The second email will also contain a tracking number link, so that you can monitor the progress of your consignment.
Unfortunately not, once we have received your order it will be transferred to the warehouse and processed immediately so any additions will need to be sent to us as a new order.
It is possible to order from outside the UK and Ireland, however, we are only able to ship to addresses in the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.
